The evening will include signature cocktails, an intimate panel discussion led by fashion publicist Sydney Mintle of Gossip & Glamour, a curated shopping marketplace featuring women-owned brands, music by DJ Mixxtress, and immersive photo opportunities produced by The Bellevue Collection.
Featured panelists include fashion entrepreneur Elisa Yip, founder of the luxury knitwear brand Sskein, Brittany Sierra, founder of The Sustainable Fashion Forum, fashion consultant Lauren Pistoia, and Valerie Madison, founder of Valerie Madison Fine Jewelry. MOHAI Behind the Seams Event
Clara Berg's popular "Behind the Seams" fashion series is coming back to @mohaiseattle next month with a special focus on interior clothing labels. From couture houses to tailors, unions, and independent makers, labels give fascinating clues about the people behind the clothing. Join Curator of Collections, Clara Berg, for an intimate one-hour session to view a range of garments from the MOHAI archive that have delightful and surprising labels.
Tickets are $10 for MOHAI Members and $30 for the general public (museum admission included). The program runs at 11 a.m. and at 1 p.m.
